Duties and Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and related transaction documents. Take a lead role in private equity transactions and leveraged buyouts, managing all aspects of the deal process. Supervise and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support on complex legal issues. Coordinate with legal specialists and other professionals on the deal team to ensure seamless execution of transactions. Conduct due diligence and analyze legal risks associated with M&A and private equity deals. Develop and implement strategies for negotiating and closing transactions.
