Requirements: -Must have at least 12 months of Home Health RN experience within the past 3 years - required -HCHB experience : required -OASIS experience : required -Active IN or Compact RN License, and BLS – required (in hand at time of submission) Additional Details: Monday - Friday. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Must meet minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week. Northeast area of Indianapolis
