About the Role
The Company is seeking a Leadership Coach to join their team. The successful candidate will be an experienced organizational leader with a strong background in educational leadership, particularly in the context of serving diverse student populations. The Leadership Coach will be responsible for supervising and developing principals and their school leadership teams, ensuring the organization's vision is effectively implemented. The position is pivotal in the company's mission to provide a high-quality, culturally responsive education that meets the needs of all students. This role requires a strategic and achievement-focused individual with a proven track record in leadership, at least 7 years' of professional experience, and a minimum of 3 years of principal experience. The ideal candidate will be a master at setting and achieving ambitious goals, shaping processes, and developing a strong and efficient organizational infrastructure. Key responsibilities for the Leadership Coach include providing coaching support to school leadership teams, setting clear and measurable goals, and aligning coaching activities with the organization's model. The role also involves overseeing the Principal Residency program, designing and facilitating professional development for school leaders, and maintaining a resource bank for leaders. The candidate should be a thoughtful and inclusive leader, capable of building authentic relationships and demonstrating emotional intelligence.
