Are you an IT savvy professional looking to gain experience working with a fast-growing firm?

Connection Services has a fantastic opportunity for an IT Administrative Assistant in New York, NY. A well-established, active, and growing CPA firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our IT Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT Director’s schedule, E-Mail, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the IT department.

This role is onsite and hours are M-F, 9AM-6PM. Occasional remote work available but this position is mainly onsite. This role is contract-to-hire and is looking for the right individual. Once perm benefits and 401K will be offered. 

Contract hourly rate range- $27-$31.70/hr. $57,000-$66,000 annually offered once perm.

 

Job Duties:

  • Manage the IT Director’s schedule and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing E-Mail
  • Assist with IT budgeting and financial planning
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including IT department reports, inventory, and asset management
  • Provide administrative support for IT projects and initiatives including budgeting and planning
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as ordering supplies, arranging for IT equipment and software, and providing general office support
