• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Workday implementation, configuration, or support experience.
• Workday Modules: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Absence, and Recruiting (depending on the role).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIBs, calculated fields, reports, and security configurations.
• Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and industry best practices.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in an agile environment.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Certifications (Preferred): Workday HCM certification is a plus.
