National handyman/senior home care services company seeks experienced Home Technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide general home services to our customers in Northern NJ territories covering locations in Essex, Morris, and Union counties, with potential future expansion.

If you have 5 or more years of paid, hands-on experience in general contracting or handyman work, and live in New Jersey we want to hear from you.

Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes by offering handyman services, home assessments for seniors aging in place, and regular recurring maintenance.

We are looking for a seasoned Technician with a good cross-section of the following experience:

• Bathroom repair, upgrades / remodel
• Drywall repair / patching/ caulking
• Flooring repair and installation
• General carpentry
• General home repairs and handyman work
• Senior home safety devices - grab bars, ramps, etc.
• Kitchen repair / remodel
• Minor plumbing and electrical
• Painting interior and exterior, siding repair
• Deck repair
• Smart home features / installs

The appropriate candidate for the Technician/Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical. Licensed tradesperson preferred, but those candidates seeking a license are welcome to apply.
