About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of YouTube Post Production and Audience Development to spearhead the strategic and creative aspects of its YouTube channel. Applicants for the Head of YouTube Post Production and Audience Development role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of digital video creative experience, with at least 5 years specifically in editing videos for YouTube and developing creative strategies for the platform. A proven track record of making data-informed decisions that have led to significant YouTube channel growth and revenue is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume video production environment, a strong understanding of YouTube analytics, and a passion for self-improvement, wellness, or mindfulness content.
