Job Description
High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and a minimum of 10 years related experience.
Requires the job knowledge, skill level and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions.• Hold a current National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET II or higher) certification in fire suppression system technologies.
• Have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the inspection, testing, and repair of fire suppression systems, adhering to NFPA 13, NFPA 25.
Personnel certifications must be provided to the contracting officer for verification before work commences.
To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.Position requires the basic skills and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions.
