Job Description

A dynamic real estate firm in Oak Brook is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support the CEO and CFO. This role offers a competitive salary of $75,000 - $95,000 plus bonus, along with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and paid time off (PTO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions, including reporting, proofreading communications, and assisting with expense management, while also ensuring smooth office operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and resourceful professional to take on a key role supporting senior leadership. This is a fully on-site position.

Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including managing reports, proofreading communications, and handling confidential materials with discretion.
  • Assist the CFO with expense management and reconciliation.
  • Oversee office operations, including reception, ensuring efficiency and organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit documents with precision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in real estate, financial services, or a related industry is a plus.
