• Resource Management: Ensure all materials, resources, and supplies are organized for a smooth event.

• Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, design, production) to ensure flawless event execution.
• Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors and external partners to meet event requirements and timelines.
