Our company is looking for someone to join its growing Business Development and Sales team, which helps us run campaigns for our brand partners. We work with everyone from up-and-coming startups to national-level brands, helping them achieve their marketing goals and brand initiatives. The Entry Level Manager job would be helping use our established marketing techniques to run campaigns with a solid team of brand ambassadors, making sure things run smoothly and keeping our clients at the forefront of their respective industries.

Each Entry Level Manager gets equipped with the industry and client knowledge necessary for success through entry-level training on consumer preferences, sales, customer service, market trends, and business practices. Entry Level Manager Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales presentations directly in the local market to complete enrollment processes and determine the potential of products and services
• Perform analysis of sales and marketing services
• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns
• Market and sell new products and services
• Compile and present data for other departments
