Role Overview: We are looking for passionate and dedicated English Language Tutors to join our growing team. As an English Language Tutor at XpertBuddy, you will provide personalized instruction to students from diverse backgrounds, helping them improve their language skills and achieve their academic or professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one or small group English lessons tailored to students' needs and proficiency levels.
• Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials to align with student learning objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback and track student progress to foster improvement and confidence.
• Utilize interactive teaching methods and multimedia resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
• Maintain timely communication with students and respond to their queries.
• Keep up-to-date with language teaching best practices and incorporate new methodologies as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience teaching English as a second language or related subjects (minimum 1-2 years).
• Certification in TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in using virtual learning platforms and teaching tools.
• Ability to engage students and make learning enjoyable and interactive.
• Flexibility to work with students in different time zones.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional teaching environment.
