Salary: $23 - $25 per hour
A bit about us:
Do you have experience as a Tutor or Teacher, working with kids to help them understand educational curriculum? If you would like to make a difference to help students 3rd Grade through 12th Grade in the Baltimore City and PGC County School Districts, then this role is for you!
We need 10+ reliable, dedicated and experienced tutors, who are great with documentation to start 1/6 in several schools in Baltimore City and PGC County.
Hours are 7am-3pm sharp, Monday-Friday. There is no part time, nights or weekends. You will be working in the schools, with supervisors to help tutor English and Math.
You must have strong references, be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, Fingerprinting and Maryland Sex Offender Background Check before starting.
Bilingual in any language a huge plus, especially Spanish, Ukrainian, Chinese or Swahili.
Compensation from $23-$25/hour, plus benefits while on contract for these roles.
Possibility to join the team permanently after the contract period with a pay bump as well.

Job Details
Tutor 3-4 kids at a time throughout several sessions each day in English and/or Math. Preference to tutor both subjects. Following the provided instructions provided for each student on what they are to cover that week. You do not need to design the tutoring, it's structured.
Filling out daily documentation to support what was covered and where the students are at in their progress
Working Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm at the designated school you are assigned to. You will follow the school schedule with any half days. holidays, school breaks, so the amount of hours you work will follow the school schedule.
Must be able to start Monday 1/6 and commit to a 3-5 month timeframe, with the possibility to convert permanently if you are a great fit. Your choice to work just the contract period or to consider permanent employment for this role.
Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, Fingerprinting and Maryland Sex Offender Background Check paid for by the organization
Bilingual in any language a plus but not required.
