Overview

GPM Empire, LLC is a rapidly growing wholesale fuel distribution company who prides themselves in providing competitive pricing and unmatched customer service throughout the entirety of the Southeast region of the United States. Pay is $50,000/yr.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fuel levels at “keep-fill” sites utilizing remote monitoring services, manual readings, and forecasting based on historical usage to ensure that each site maintains 100% fuel availability.
• Manage a significant number of incoming calls and emails from customers requesting fuel delivery.
• Build routes and dispatch drivers in the most logistically and time efficient manner possible.
• Develop strong relationships with customers built on integrity, excellent service, and clear communication.
• Manage and work to solve problems that arise mechanically, logistically, and personally (sickness, family emergency, etc..) in the delivery process.
• Become proficient in data entry within TelaPoint dispatching software.
• Take responsibility of the nightly pricing routine to include creating and distributing the best-buy pricing workbook.
• Utilize the daily best-buy pricing workbook to provide customer pricing and to determine optimal terminal supplier per load.
• Manage fuel levels at our bulk plant facility.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Applicant should be a proactive individual who is self-motivated.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to operate calmly and efficiently in high stress situations.
• Must have excellent customer relationship skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Applicant should be well versed in critical thinking and confident decision making.
• Should be able to demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills. (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Applicant must be able to work well with others in a team environment.
