THE ROLE– Business Analytics Strategist In this capacity, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic decisions through deep data exploration, business understanding, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with executive leadership, including the CEO, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's future as it continues to be a leader in the Education domain. This role is not just about analyzing data—it’s about learning the business, asking the right questions, and delivering insights that inform strategy and drive impactful decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights aligned with organizational priorities. Drive strategic initiatives by uncovering hidden opportunities and presenting them in a compelling, business-focused manner. Develop innovative frameworks for evaluating business challenges and shaping solutions. Ask probing questions to challenge assumptions, refine business models, and identify areas for growth. Investigate and interpret the drivers behind key metrics like attrition, retention, and operational performance. Provide root-cause analysis and recommendations to optimize outcomes. Deliver actionable insights to support leadership decision-making. Prepare and deliver polished presentations to executive stakeholders, including the CEO and board-level audiences. Present data insights in a way that resonates with non-technical and senior leadership teams. Use strong diplomatic skills to balance differing viewpoints and build consensus around strategic decisions.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Ample experience in Business Analytics, Corporate Development, Strategy, or a related field. Significant experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing business strategy. Proven track record in blue-chip organizations or high-performing industries such as education, technology, or consulting. Exceptional ability to distill complex data into clear, impactful insights for senior leaders. Previous proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Advanced communication and storytelling skills to present data to executive and non-technical audiences effectively. Diplomatic approach to navigating differing opinions, building consensus, and fostering collaboration. Deep intellectual curiosity, with a passion for understanding the "why" behind the numbers.
