Data Entry Specialist
Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our Pharmaceuticals team at Zenitas. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our database systems. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into our database systems with precision and accuracy
Review and verify data for completeness and correctness
Ensure all data entry tasks are completed within the given deadlines
Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies
Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Qualifications:

Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is a plus
Proficient in using data entry software and tools
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of the Pharmaceuticals industry is a plus
