OPPORTUNITY SUMMARY

Production Assistant for the Creative Services Team within the Marketing Department. Assisting in production, archiving and creation of video content. Content pieces created may be, but are not limited to still photography, videos, and articles.

SHIFTS

• Between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Archiving Past video, both Raw and edited
• Assisting on Video shoots
• Basic editing of videos

PREREQUISITES

• Have completed 1 year of classwork (sophomore or above)
• Experience taking food photos on DSLR and Camcorder Cameras
• Experience using Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop
• Experience using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• 9am to 5pm weekdays

PREFERRED PRIOR EXPERIENCES

• Desire to learn and listen.

• Ability to maintain professionalism and adhering to standards of operational excellence, safety, efficiency and educational goals set by the CIA.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, students, and faculty/staff.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to be adaptable, dependable and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.

Successful applicant must be able to perform all related functions of the assignment which may include working nights and weekends, ability to bend reach and stand for long periods of time, lifting and carrying of items up to fifty (50) pounds, and the ability to withstand high ambient temperatures.
