Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
  • Manage all project phases, from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, leveraging your problem-solving skills and industry expertise.
  • Mentor and lead junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally focusing on commercial or civil projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, scheduling, and overall project control.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools, as well as the latest in project delivery technology.
