We are looking for the right fit to fill an immediate opening for a Commercial HVAC Experienced Installer who is responsible for the following:

• Installing light and mid-grade commercial equipment, primarily in office buildings
• Package units, rooftop units, and other HVAC equipment
• Sheet metal, ductwork, and re-ducting
• Leading a 2-man crew and overseeing all aspects of the install
• Primarily installing Trane, Lennox, York, and some Daikin units
• We DO NOT do any restaurant or refrigeration work

Pay rate: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an HVAC trade school
• 4 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Organized with good communication skills
• Ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions
• Must be able to lift and carry 100 pounds
• Experienced leading a team and training helpers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Universal EPA

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
