About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead its revenue generation strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the full sales and marketing process, driving growth, and scaling operations. This role demands a strategic and highly motivated individual with a proven track record in B2B revenue and sales leadership, particularly in the banking and wealth management industries. The CRO will be responsible for P&L management, scaling the company, and leading high-performing teams. Experience in presenting to boards and investors, as well as a hands-on, results-oriented approach, is essential. The ideal CRO for the company will have over 15 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in secure data connectivity and a deep understanding of the financial technology landscape. The role requires a leader with strong coaching and team-building skills, who can contribute to the company's innovative tech with open finance APIs. The candidate should be prepared to take on a challenging yet rewarding position within a rapidly growing SaaS platform, backed by venture capital and with a strong growth trajectory. A robust compensation package, including a competitive base salary, equity incentives, and performance-based bonuses, is offered to the right candidate.
