We are seeking CDL-A drivers for regional reefer freight across 8 Western States. Drivers enjoy consistent miles, steady freight, and a pet & rider policy from Day 1.

Position Overview:

  • Freight Type: Reefer (100% No-Touch, 60% Drop & Hook)
  • Pay: $1,200–$1,500 per week, based on experience
  • Miles: 2,100–2,300 per week
  • Home Time: Every two weeks (34–48 hours)
  • Routes: Regional runs in 8 Western States
  • Bonuses: Earn up to $0.08 CPM for safety, fuel efficiency, and performance
  • Paid Orientation: Earn $300 during orientation
  • Travel & Hotel: Provided by the company at no cost to you

For Recent CDL-A Graduates:

  • Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license.
  • Minimum 120+ hours from an accredited driving school
  • Paid Training: 4-6 weeks (200-250 hours) of behind-the-wheel experience before driving solo
  • Home Time: Every two weeks (34–48 hours)
  • Pet and rider allowed after training completion

Driver Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license.
  • No DUI within 10 years if CDL-A holder, none within 5 years if Non CDL-A holder.
  • No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
  • No serious traffic violations in the past year. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. 
  • No drug related conviction in the last 5 years. No use of illegal drugs, positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.
