Job Description

Our client is looking for someone to join their team to work along side and manage 8-12 people at a local car wash here in Lake Charles. MUST HAVE MANAGEMENT EXPERIECE / PREFER CAR WASH EXPERIENCE . 

A car wash manager's responsibilities include:

• Managing staff : Training, scheduling staff, and ensuring they are appropriately staffed  
• Customer service : Responding to customer complaints and handling employee conflicts  
• Inventory : Maintaining inventory
• Safety : Conducting safety training and ensuring equipment is in working order  
• Administrative tasks : Invoicing, tracking discount codes, and completing sales reports  
• Performance : Analyzing business data to increase productivity and meeting monthly goals  
• Policies and procedures : Enforcing the car wash's policies and procedures  
• Profitability : Developing strategies to improve the location's profitability  
• Communication : Promoting understanding of company goals and values to the team   .  

as a manager you may work in a variety of conditions, including extreme temperatures, moderate to loud noise levels, and irregular breaks and working some weekends .

Must have management experience 

Must have a steady work history ( reference checks will be done ) 

Must pass a drug screen 

Must have a clean background

Must have your own transportation

Must have an updated resume
