Job Description

Selectek is seeking a BIM Modeler for a client located in the Wauwatosa, Wisconsin area. Candidates will be utilizing 3D modeling to prepare construction documents of structural drawings for an array of project types. Employment Type: Contract to Direct Expected Pay Range: $31-$41 per hour, based on experience and education Location: Wauwatosa, Wisconsin Job Duties:

• Design 3D models of electrical installations from 2D plans .
• Create detailed installation and prefabrication drawings that include assembly directions
• Set up Navisworks files and create clash detection sets
• Serve as point of contact between field, BIM team and fabrication shop
• Work with foreman to develop schedules and ensure deadlines are made

Job Requirements:

• Associate's degree or higher
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Ability to read and understand design and construction documents
