• Pay range of 35-45k/yr based on experience.

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations for plumbing and repair services.
• Coordinate daily routes for maximum efficiency.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and answer questions.
• Track job status and technician progress throughout the day.
• Respond to emergency service requests and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, customer interactions, and job statuses.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve scheduling conflicts or other operational challenges.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

• 5 yrs previous experience as a service dispatcher in a similar role required.
• Knowledge of similar industry (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Proficient in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
