Job Description

Seeking an account manager to work with the #1 Title Insurer in the country to prospect and sign new customers as well as manage an existing agency customer. Location is flexible in Nebraska.

  • Has a sense of urgency to increase revenues and grow the market
  • Utilize knowledge of industry trends, market insight, account intelligence, and professional competencies to help emphasize FNF Agency's unique value to its agency partners and prospective partners
  • Pursue and maintain profitable business relationships in target markets
  • Monitor and manage select agency performance standards to help ensure the organization achieves its profitability benchmarks
  • Utilizes verbal, non-verbal, and listening skills to engage in meaningful dialogue
  • Negotiates win/win outcomes
  • Displays expert active listening, communication, problem-solving, and empathy skills when resolving conflicts
  • Solves problems in a calculated manner, including identifying and defining underlying issues; exploring options, and taking action

  • Requires travel across the state of NE as well as occasional company meetings outside of NE
